Jeff Marble wins the Whelen "Made in America" 300 at Martinsville! - By Charli Brown


Newly crowned True Value/Dart Machinery Modified Series Summer Season champion Jeff Marble flashes under the checkered flags to win the Whelen "Made in America" 300 at the Martinsville Speedway, Wednesday night.

Martinsville, VA - Buffalo, New York's Jeff Marble has been on a hot streak recently in the SIModified.com Online Racing Leagues.

After wrapping up the 2008 True Value/Dart Machinery Modified Series Summer Season championship at the Beech Ridge Motor Speedway last week, Marble and his U.S. Postal Service team headed to the final race for the Whelen Modified Online Tour's Summer Season at the Martinsville Speedway.

Marble dodged a late race wreck between point leaders JD Laird and Chuck Darling and held off a charging Tony Hanbury to win the longest race of the year in the SIModified.com Online Racing Leagues.

JD Laird rebounded to come home third and wrapped up the 2008 Whelen Modified Online Tour 2008 Summer Season championship.

Scott Aldrich gets his first win at Beech Ridge! - By Charli Brown


Scott Aldrich dodged a late race tangle during a Green, White, Checkered restart to win his first SIModified.com Online Racing Leagues event at the Beech Ridge Motor Speedway, Thursday night.

Scarborough, ME - Windham, Maine's Scott Aldrich took home his first career SIModified.com Online Racing Leagues win Thursday night in the Bill Dodge Auto Group 100 at the Beech Ridge Motor Speedway.

Aldrich dodged a late race tangle between race leader Charli Brown and Zach Truesdail as the two were racing into turn one during a Green, White, Checkered restart.

SIModified.com Online Racing League officials reviewed the incident between the two leaders and awarded the win to Aldrich, who was the third place car at the time of the caution.

Jeff Marble finished third behind Aldrich and Tony Hanbury to win his first True Value/Dart Machinery Modified Series championship for the 2008 Summer Season.

Coy wins the Race of Champions at Trenton, takes over the RoC point lead! - By Charli Brown


Richie Coy navigates the tricky right hander known as "The Dogleg" on his way to winning round #2 of the Race of Champions Modified Series, Thursday night at the Trenton Fairgrounds Raceway.

Trenton, NJ - Haskell, New Jersey's Richie Coy took home his first Race of Champions Modified Series win in the Trenton Dogleg 100 Thursday night at the Trenton Fairgrounds Raceway.

The defending Whelen Modified Online Tour Spring Season champion held off current True Value/Dart Machinery Modified Series point leader Jeff Marble who pressured him all race long, with Chris O'Shell, Bobby Ambroceo and Keith Joseph rounding out the top five.

Unofficially, Jeff Marble holds a 45 point lead over second place driver Charli Brown as the True Value/Dart Machinery Modified Series heads to the Beech Ridge Speedway in Scarborough, Maine for the Summer Season finale.

Jeff Marble dodges a last lap melee to win the John Blewett III Memorial 100 at Wall Township Speedway! - By Charli Brown


Jeff Marble celebrated his birthday in style by winning the John Blewett III Memorial 100, Thursday night at Wall Township Speedway.

Belmar, NJ - Buffalo, New York's Jeff Marble dodged a last lap melee between race leader Zach Truesdail and PJ Stergios to win the John Blewett III Memorial 100, Thursday night at the Wall Township Speedway.

Marble only led the last lap as he took the double checkered flags from honorary starter Kyle McGowan, who was up in the starter's stand for this event.

Unofficially, Marble also becomes the new True Value/Dart Machinery Modified Series point leader heading into Trenton Fairgrounds Raceway next week for round #2 of the Race of Champions Modified Series.
